My 1:1 coaching takes a multi-dimensional approach with YOU at the centre. Instead of focusing on external markers likes calories, scale weight, numbers or rules, I teach you how to go deeper and listen to what your body is truly telling you.
I use a combination of both nutritional and psychological interventions to help get to the root cause of your issues and build new habits that are centred around behaviour change. My coaching is rooted in compassion, curiosity and collaborations. I'm not here to dictate to you what you should or shouldn't do, I'm here to guide you and work with you.

Online nutrition and body image coaching is priced at £235 per month with a minimum of 6 months commitment.

Nutrition coaching isn't a set meal plan, macros or me dictating what you eat. I use a combination of psycho-education and nutritional interventions to help you feel confident in the food choices you make every day. Learn how to nourish yourself to support both your goals and overall health. I can also help you with binge eating, disordered eating and any sport specific goals.
My body image coaching isn't about learning to love yourself every single day. I teach you how to find body neutrality and how to better navigate those poor body image days. I give you evidence based techniques and coping strategies to allow you to build an overall better relationship to your body and too stop obsessing over what you do or do not look like.
Movement is a basic form of self-care and something we should all be doing. I can teach you how to build muscle, achieve specific fitness goals or even just learn how to make exercise and movement a consistent habit in your day to day life. Humans are not meant to be sedentary and exercise is something that we should all be prioritising on our journey to a healthier happier us.
My online fitness coaching option is a for those who have a fitness specific goal or just want to get fitter, stronger and healthier in their body.
You will receive;
-- A personalised program tailored to you and your goal via an app with video demonstrations that allows you to log and track each workout. Whether you work out at home or in a gym each workout is tailored specifically to YOU.
-- Weekly check ins with feedback to plan for the week ahead.
-- Monthly 60min video call via zoom to discuss progress, plan of action going forward and any issues that pop up that may require investigating further.
